Here's how the magic happens

Choose your subscription length and your monthly clothing budget

Pick how long you'd like to work together (3, 6 or 12 months) and set your monthly clothing fund (€50, €100, or €200). This covers the cost of your pieces plus shipping.

Build your style profile

Browse a curated set of Pinterest moodboards and tell me what resonates. Fill in a short onboarding form: your sizes, your loves, your hard no's. The more honest you are, the better I can shop for you.

I go hunting

Every month I search Vinted with your profile in mind, sourcing 2 to 8 pieces depending on your budget, quality-checking each seller and ordering everything to my address first so I can inspect it. I generally avoid H&M, Shein and similar fast fashion brands on principle, aiming instead for better quality pieces that will actually last.

Your box arrives at your door

At the end of each month I package everything up and send it straight to you. Gorgeous pieces, chosen with care, like a gift from a friend who really knows your style.

We refine as we go

After each delivery, I'll send you a short feedback. With every delivery, I'll learn a little more about what makes you feel like you. That's the magic of a monthly ritual.

So, who is The Secondhand Stylist?

Hi, I'm Nicol.

I spent five years inside the fashion machine, working at the global headquarters of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Beautiful brands. Enormous scale. And an uncomfortable ringside seat to just how much the fashion industry produces, discards and starts again.

I studied Environmental Science before fashion found me. The tension between those two worlds never really left.

Vinted changed something for me. Here was a way to dress beautifully, in quality pieces, at a fraction of the price, without adding to the pile. I became obsessed with the search. Turns out, not everyone is.

So I made it a service. Now I do the hunting, so you don't have to.

I'm based in Maastricht, Netherlands. I ship across Europe.

I'll always do my best, and if something genuinely misses the mark, please tell me. I use your feedback to get better each month. I extend Vinted's policy of no returns. What I can guarantee is that I'll inspect each item before sending it to you and I'll take every piece of feedback seriously and adjust.

Yes. Life happens. Message me and we'll sort it out. I'd rather you pause than cancel, and I'll hold your style profile for whenever you're ready to restart.
I ship across Europe. If you're not sure whether your country is covered, just drop me a message before signing up.
Once you've submitted your style profile, I start curating at the beginning of the following month. Your first box arrives at the end of that month. So expect 4–6 weeks from sign-up to first delivery… Good things take a little time.
